Refund policy

At KINETTIK, we are committed to providing you with products that help you recover smarter to perform better. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days, please contact us at hello@kinettik.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

1 Year Warranty

We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within this period, customers may request a replacement at no cost.

To initiate a warranty claim, please get in touch with our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@kinettik.com. To expedite your claim, please provide us with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order, along with clear proof of the defect (photos or videos).

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, we consider an item damaged only if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging alone (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item.

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@kinettik.com with clear photos of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, or issues caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. KINETTIK is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If an incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, we cannot offer a refund or resend your order.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version of this policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use KINETTIK products, customers indicate their acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
