Recover smarter with the KINETTIK Boots, an advanced pneumatic compression system designed to support post-exercise recovery, promote circulation, ease muscle tension, and refresh tired or heavy legs.

Four independently inflatable air chambers in each boot apply controlled, rhythmic pressure from the feet upwards through the legs. Choose from five compression modes, seven pressure settings, and three session durations to create a recovery experience that suits your body and comfort level.

Whether you are recovering after training or refreshing your legs after prolonged sitting or standing, the KINETTIK Boots deliver convenient, full-leg compression wherever your routine takes you. Available in two sizes.

Benefits

Supports Post-Exercise Recovery – Provides rhythmic compression to help tired legs recover after training and physical activity.
Promotes Circulation – Sequential pressure travels upwards through the legs to support healthy blood flow.
Relieves Tired and Heavy Legs – Ideal after exercise or extended periods of sitting or standing.
Helps Reduce Muscle Tension – Controlled compression provides a comfortable, massage-like experience across the feet and legs.
Full-Leg Compression – Four independently inflatable chambers in each boot provide targeted coverage from the feet upwards.
Customisable Pressure – Select from seven pressure settings ranging from a gentle 30mmHg to an intensive 240mmHg.
Five Recovery Modes – Choose between different inflation patterns to personalise each recovery session.
Cordless and App-Connected – Control each boot using its removable controller, adjust both together with the included remote, or connect through the KINETTIK mobile app via Bluetooth.

Compression Modes

  • Mode 1 – Wave Massage
One chamber inflates at a time, travelling from the foot upwards. The lightest of the five programmes.
  • Mode 2 – Sequential Squeezing
Each chamber holds its pressure as the next one inflates, building to a full-leg squeeze before releasing.
  • Mode 3 – Double Wave
Two chambers work together as the wave travels up the leg, finishing with a full-leg squeeze.
  • Mode 4 – All Squeezing
All four chambers inflate and release together for even, whole-leg compression.
  • Mode 5 – Sequential Squeezing + Double Wave
The two patterns run back to back within a single cycle.

Press the Mode button on either control unit, or use the remote, to cycle through the five programmes.

Compression Levels

Low: 30–50mmHg
Gentle compression suitable for relaxation, first-time users, and lighter recovery sessions.

Medium: 80–120mmHg
Moderate compression for regular recovery and everyday use.

High: 160–240mmHg
Strong compression for experienced users who prefer a more intensive session.

Always begin at the lowest comfortable pressure. Compression should feel firm but never painful.

Choosing Your Size

The KINETTIK Boots are available in two sizes. Choose by your height.

Medium – 165–180cm
Suits most people. Boot length 922mm, width across the top 373mm.

Large – 180–195cm
For taller users or a fuller upper leg. Boot length 1142mm, width across the top 416mm.

If you are right on 180cm or between the two, choose Large. A boot with a little length to spare still compresses correctly from the foot upwards, while one that is too short will not cover the full leg. Still unsure? Email your height and upper-thigh measurement to hello@kinettik.com and we will confirm the right size before you order.
